Checking Notices

a. Checking New Notices

To check new notices that faculty members have registered, you must log into the "Class Support", and then check the [New Notices] column.
To verify the details, click the text in the [New Notices] column.

The notice details are displayed.

b. Reviewing Previously Checked Notices

Once you have viewed the notice details, the notice is removed from the [New Notices] column. To view notices that you have already checked, perform the following procedure:
In the timetable, click the class name for the notices you want to check.

The class information that you have already checked appears. To verify the details, click the text in the [Notices] column.

The notice details are displayed.
