How to reset your password if you forgot it

If you have forgotten your Keio ID password and wish to reset your password, follow the steps below.
This procedure is available only to those who have set up Multi-factor authentication (MFA) using “Okta Verify” or “Google Authenticator”. If you have not set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), please come to the KIC counter on each campus in person with proof of identification.

1. Enter your Keio ID in the keio.jp login page and click Next.
   
   
2. Click "Forgot Password?".
   
   
   
   
3. The Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) screen will appear. Select the authentication method you have already registered.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter “New Password” and “New Password (Confirmation)” and click “Reset Password”.
   
   
   
   

Be sure to set a complex password that is difficult to crack.
