Available Software Licenses

Software that can be installed

Keio University has entered into license contracts to the following software which can be obtained at S&T KIC and keio.jp.
Please note that the users, PCs and installation request methods for each software differ.
Confirm the details of precautions for use of software licenses for each software.

To make a request at the counter, personally submit a request form to the S&T KIC counter. And submit an ID card or student card to confirm your identity.
The counter cannot accept a request form sent through internal Keio mail because the applicant must be authenticated.

1 It is necessary to use different licenses for each device in which it is installed. For more information, check the each software page.
2 We do not lend installation media to students. If a student uses installation media, it is necessary to bring their laptop and install the software in front of the S&T KIC office.

Installation requests

Please apply for software usage application at S&T KIC reception counter or Software Usage Application Form

  • Requests are accepted only from the user and software user.
  • To authenticate your identity, present your ID card or student card.

    ・ID card issued by Keio University
    ・Driver's license（only japanese license）
    ・Certification of Driving History
    ・Passport
    ・Health insurance card（Issued after April 1, 2012）
    ・Residence card
    ・Individual number card
  • After receiving your application, we will lend you the installation media at the counter or share it via Box.
  • The counter cannot accept a request form sent by internal campus mail.

Precautions

  • After resignation or graduation from Keio University, please un-install all of these software products.
