UserID Naming Policies

The ITC account consists of 8 characters.
The first character is “u”, The second character is a lowercase letter. The 6 numbers that follow are provided by the ITC system.

Account Support

Undergraduate students ((Full-time, excluding those affiliated with the Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC)) can check their user IDs and set or reset their passwords on the My Account page at keio.jp.
For all other students, requests regarding IDs and passwords (including ID inquiries and password resets) are accepted at the KIC office on your campus.
* Please bring your student ID card.
