Changing Mailing List Users (Members)

1) Log into Keio Mail. Open the [Mailing List] settings window, and then click [Manage List].

2) All the mailing lists you manage are displayed.

3) To change the user (member) information, first click the [Number of Users].

4) Edit the user (member) information as required. Each of the buttons has the corresponding function indicated below.

Unsubscribe Removes the user (member) from the mailing list.
Suspend Temporarily suspends the user (member) from posting and distributing messages.
Resume Re-enables the user's (member's) ability to post and distribute messages.
Add user Adds a user (member) to the mailing list.
Permission and restriction lists (Permission list)
Valid for mailing lists with posting restrictions. Messages from email addresses on the permission list are posted even if the address is not on the mailing list.
(Restriction list)
Messages from the email addresses on the restriction list are not posted, even if the address is on the mailing list.
Assign sub-administrator Assigns the selected user (member) as the sub-administrator. The sub-administrator must have a valid Keio ID.
