Adobe ETLA License Operational Changes (2nd report)
We are pleased to announce that the details regarding the application and installation procedures have been finalized. (March 3, 2026)
Due to changes in Adobe's licensing policy, we will modify the operation of the Adobe ETLA as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in optimizing our operations to ensure the continued availability of the comprehensive license.

1. Personal use license
(First PC/ owned by one full-time faculty member)
From FY2026: Authentication using Keio ID (ID type: Federated ID)
- ID type changes will be handled by KIC. You do not need to take any action yourself.
- You do not need to uninstall any applications you have already installed.
- Data on Adobe ETLA cloud storage will be migrated automatically, but please obtain a backup beforehand.
- We will implement the ID type change during March. We plan to contact affected individuals individually.

(PCs that Keio University owns and operates)
From FY2026: Authentication using Keio ID (ID type: Federated ID)
- You must uninstall all currently installed Adobe applications and reinstall them using the installation package provided by KIC.
- Adobe ETLA Cloud Storage will no longer be available. Please back up your data.
- As only PCs located on Keio campuses are eligible for use, access will be restricted to Keio IP addresses only.
- Details regarding the application method and PC installation process will be provided separately.

For PCs that switched to Keio ID login during March, Adobe products can also be authenticated using your Keio ID.
