FY2026 Yagami Campus Wi-Fi Migration Project

Wireless LAN access points on the Yagami Campus will be upgraded this summer.
The scope of impact on the network is as follows:

1. There are no plans to shut down the wireless LAN (keiomobile2, eduroam, etc.) campus-wide.
2. Each access point will experience a connection disruption of up to approximately 30 minutes, during which the wireless LAN will be unavailable around that specific access point.
3. The wired LAN will not be suspended.
4. There will be no impact on wireless LANs set up by individual laboratories via the wired LAN. You can continue to use them as usual.

Implementation Schedule for Each Building
The work is scheduled to be carried out according to the dates below:

• Building 07: September 2 (Wed.)
• Building 11: August 20 (Thu.)
• Building 12: August 31 (Mon.)
• Building 14 (excluding MC and B1): August 10 (Mon.) – August 12 (Wed.)
• Building 14 (B1): August 27 (Thu.)
• Media Center (Building 14 1F/B1, Building 15, Building 16A B1): August 13 (Thu.) – August 14 (Fri.)
• Building 16A (excluding MC): August 13 (Thu.)
• Building 16B: August 18 (Tue.)
• Building 16D: August 18 (Tue.)
• Building 22: August 26 (Wed.)
• Building 23: September 2 (Wed.) – September 3 (Thu.)
• Building 24: August 25 (Tue.)
• Building 25: August 14 (Fri.)
• Building 26: September 1 (Tue.)
• Building 27: August 21 (Fri.)
• Building 31: August 21 (Fri.)
• Building 32: August 21 (Fri.)
• Building 34: August 19 (Wed.) – August 20 (Thu.)
• Building 35: August 18 (Tue.)
• Building 36: August 24 (Mon.)
• Building 37: August 24 (Mon.)

Since the access points will be replaced one by one during the migration, the exact downtime for each building and floor has not yet been determined.
