[Further Report] Releasing Zoom(Web Meeting System)

To extend the scope of usage for non-tenured faculty members and staffs, adjustment has been continued at present, so we will contact you as soon as we are ready. * Students are not eligible for the service.

The Zoom agreements started from May 11 had restrictions for certain features due to urgent arrangements.
Also, the agreements have been replaced to Zoom Education Agreement, an official license. The agreement is same service as Zoom Business Plan, which allows that the default number of participants is up to 300.

Accordingly, in addition to the option capable of up to 500 participants, Option Application for webinars which can allow up to 1000 participants have been acceptable. Because of very limited number of licenses for webinars, please kindly understand that you need to apply it for each scheduled day. Please confirm Option Application Form below for details.

Webinars have also very different functions from the meeting. It is a one-way function from presenters like an event, rather than two-way between presenters and participants. Please confirm the following for details.
